Refunds.

Contributions are generally final once a verified payment has been applied to the leaderboard.

When we may refund

We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, a verified technical error that prevented the purchased contribution from being applied, unauthorized payment, or a refund required by law. Contact support@rebid.lol promptly with the Stripe receipt or invoice reference.

What is not refundable

Rank changes, lower-than-expected traffic, another person rebidding, change of mind, or a destination later being hidden for violating the rules do not normally qualify. A contribution is an immediate paid leaderboard placement, not a guaranteed result.

Effect on the leaderboard

Refunds, disputes, and reversals reduce the affected listing’s cumulative total by the amount removed, without deleting its financial history. A restored dispute may restore the contribution.
